Order Fulfillment
Flagshops Canada is not responsible for damaged, defective, or improperly sized incoming greige goods supplied by customers. All custom print orders are dependent on the receipt and approval of suitable artwork. If files are not provided in print-ready (camera-ready) format, additional artwork setup or clean-up charges may apply. These costs will be quoted and approved before production proceeds.
All artwork created by Flagshops Canada remains our property but will be made available for exclusive use by the client for whom it was produced. Prices, payment terms, and shipping costs will align with those listed in your official quotation. Any clerical errors are subject to correction.

Payment Terms
Orders shipped within Canada are subject to GST, HST, and applicable provincial sales taxes, unless valid exemption certificates are provided. Taxes will be itemized and charged separately as required by law.
